What is a Marketing Plan?
A marketing plan is a road map for introducing and delivering social square dancing to potential dancers. It should outline a club's or society's specific marketing strategy and include concrete actions to be taken and anticipated results. In essence it outlines an advertising strategy. Six week square Dance marketing plan
The two most significant things about marketing Square Dancing is 'The Messaging'. It should show passion and be consistent throughout the campaign whether in hard copy or in Social Media.. Some consistent messaging we've used in all of our marketing have including the following two: 'Discover a great dance experience' and 'For the time of your life.' The second significant thing is the need to promote the concept that Square Dancing is more than just dancing. It is a Community. People like to socialize and be part of a community and hence the need to have regular social activities as part of any program or club.
